Chief Executive Officer
Co-Founder/InvestorEllyn has over 25 years of experience with disruptive technologies, including electroceutical medical devices. Ms. Ito's previous experience includes the scaling of business-to-business and direct-to-consumer operations in technology, healthcare, and service operations. Ellyn serves on the Board of Redeemer Health Systems and is a member of the Gail Birenbaum’s Women’s Leadership Council at Rider University.

Co-FounderBeth is a board-certified general surgeon and is board certified in integrative and holistic medicine. She is an internationally recognized keynote speaker and author of The Healing Consciousness: A Doctor’s Journey to Healing.

Hank Beckhoff
Chairman
Visionary, Founder & InventorHank has over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy, as a patient advocate, and director of an integrative medical center. As a pioneer in functional medicine and integrative wellness, Hank has successfully used electroceutical technologies to help individuals overcome addiction and a variety of ‘undiagnosed’ ailments (fatigue, brain fog, chronic pain), as well as helping to manage depression and anxiety.

Dr. Yakov Katsnelson, MD, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer
Founder & InventorYakov has over 35 years of experience in the research and development of electroceutical technologies. As the head of a pediatric ward in Russia during a shortage of painkillers, Yakov and his team endeavored to alleviate the pain and induce relaxation for his young patients through novel non-invasive electrical stimulation methods. Yakov is the original inventor behind other commercial devices and has nine patents issued in his name and multiple peer-reviewed publications.

Laate Olukotun
Chief of Product & Experience Design
Co-FounderLaate has designed and developed websites, apps, physical products, spaces, and experiences for a range of organizations including Steelcase, NextFab Foundation, and Mayo Clinic. He holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and a Master of Design from the Institute of Design at IIT. He runs the design agency Lollygig.

Michele Homnick
Operations Advisor
InvestorMichele served as the Director of Commercial Operations for the neurotech company Helius until 2021, and Bright Medical Technology since 2012, where she was responsible for developing all aspects of Bright’s DME/HME product line, including customer service, billing operations, safety/quality, sales, marketing, and physician relations.

Topper and Betty Brick run Brick Wealth Management, an investment management firm where they serve as Chairman and Executive Vice President respectively. Prior to BWM, Topper served as an Executive with Paine Webber managing over $60M in assets, while Ms. Brick worked in the Middle East for 14 years in various back-office and finance related functions.

Rick has over 20 years of experience in overall business operations, including global supply chain. manufacturing operations, and sales and marketing in both consumer products and medical devices. Rick currently advises the global semiconductor company, Electron MEC in business development initiatives.

Suzanne is the President Beckman Coulter Life Sciences at Danaher Corporation She is a fellow with the International Women’s Forum, is on the board of directors for Unitil Corporation, an interstate electricity and natural gas utility company, as well as Perimeter Medical Imaging, a Toronto-based company that is transforming cancer surgery with advanced imaging tools.

Edward Haaz
Eddie has held various positions in the mental health and consulting fields, which have included drug and alcohol research, in-patient and outpatient psychiatric/substance abuse services, a 30 year private practice and 33 years as the head of a behavioral health and Employee Assistance consulting company. Eddie currently serves as President/COO of Corporate Health Solutions, Inc.

Ms. LaViscount has over 30 years in public and private life sciences companies. She currently serves as Principal of JLV Consulting, Inc where she lends her experience to start-ups and established corporations. She most recently served as COO and CFO of a NASDAQ-listed neurostim device company. Ms. LaViscount has held C-Level roles at several companies including MediMedia Health and MediMedia Pharmaceutical Solutions.

Dr. Scott Parazynski
Dr. Scott Parazynski is a highly decorated physician, pilot, astronaut, Olympian, and tech CEO. A graduate of Stanford University and Medical School, he went on to train at Harvard and in Denver for a career in emergency medicine and trauma. He is a veteran of five Space Shuttle flights, seven spacewalks. He is also a prolific inventor/product developer, and serves on the Boards of several companies. He is Founder and CEO of Fluidity Technologies.

Dr. Jonathan Sackier
Dr. Sackier is an internationally renowned surgeon, technology innovator, and entrepreneur. He is credited with helping to develop medical technologies including laparoscopic surgery, the first commercial surgical robot, and the first tongue-based trigeminal nerve stimulator to address gait and balance deficits due traumatic brain injury and multiple sclerosis. Dr. Sackier has held many board appointments including Hemoshear, Inc, Clinvue, and Rex Bionics.
